Application forms for NEW students wishing to enter Sixth Form can be downloaded below. You may call the school office (028 437 78255)to arrange your appointment. Appointments for new pupils, wishing to move to St Malachy’s, will take place on Thursday 20th August from 12.30pm. (Current pupils will get their appointments at 9.30am). Make sure you bring your GCSE results, application form and reference letter along to your appointment.
